FIA is Deaf-owned, and ASL work is the heart of our agency. You'll interpret across medical, education/IEP, legal, government, and business settings — on-site regionally and through our VRI platform nationwide, with CDI teaming on qualifying assignments.
Rates are set per assignment based on setting, credentials, and timing, and confirmed before you accept. Our scheduling team handles logistics and confirmations so you can focus on the work.
What we look for
- RID certification preferred; qualified interpreters considered after screening
- Medical, education/IEP, legal, government, and business settings
- CDI teaming opportunities on qualifying assignments
- HIPAA-trained and FERPA-trained compliance modules completed during onboarding
